Looks like alot, but these are pretty standard actually. This is new for me, so please point out mistakes or things that sound strange!

~ Be polite I'll do my best aswell!

~ Payment for the deign is due within 48hrs of purchase (end date of auction in that case). If you need more time please tell me so we can work something out!

~Payment can be made in usd (or euro if you prefer) and in some cases also csc with a rate of 1$ = 120csc.

~ You have to submit the design withing 4-6 weeks after purchase unless we agree otherwise.

~ Unless otherwise stated I require a copy of the initial color and each recolor.

~ You purchase the files needed to upload the item on subeta. You may use the files for your profile, forum art, whatever and also outside of subeta as far as I'm concerned.

~ You may NOT alter the art in any way unless you get my written permission! (this includes shading, recolors, additions or substractions and even minor changes!)

~ You may NOT claim the art as your own!

~ You may NOT resell my art or otherwise use it to make profit! (This does not refer to makeing profit within the CW system of subeta of course! You are free to do with the submitted item whatever you please.)

~ Ask, no matter how dumb a question seems. I don't bite.

~ Point out if there are mistakes here, I'd love to get rid of them.

Buying a design means:

~ You buy a design that is already finished. Unless I give you several options to choose no changes will be made to lineart or shading.

~ First color of your choice is included obviously, recolors will be charged extra.

~ CI is included, sometimes premade, sometimes buyers choice.

~ All files needed to submit will be included. Working files will not be included.

~ If you submit within the given time I'll take care of all art related denials and you'll get the new fixed files. After the 4-6 weeks additional fees may be due.

~ If I fail to get the item fixed within the 10 denials I will fully refund you!

~ You are free to distribute the CW however you please within subeta rules it's yours once it's onsite. (This refers to the CW, not the art!)

~ If you need my group pinged tell me, only admins can ping.

~ If you need help with CWs in general I can try to help you or point you to several threads for information!

~ Unnlimited recolors can be bought with usd (or euro if you prefer). I will also take csc with a rate of 1$ = 120csc. For recolors I may also take WL items as payment. CSC and item payment is unlimted for now, but that may change. If it will be reduced all previous recolors purched that way will not be counted towards your total!

Can I buy this with 3 recolors for each to start with.. so that would be 4 colors each right? That would total 31.50$ I think? ^_^

This design is lovely, and congrats on opening your new design shop! ^.^ Even though it's already been purchased, I wish I would have had the funds to purchase it :P

I'd prefer to do recolors once the item is onsite, so I don't have to redo them in case I need to make changes. But it's fine if you prefer to pay them with the design. Also please tell me what you'd like for the CI or if you want me to come up with one. I can work on it later or tomorrow. Payment will be due once the CI is ready. :)

edit: forgot to ask for your first color OTL pls post any kind of color reference unless you want one of the pictured colors.

I really like the blue one so that will be first. I'm fine with doing recolors later :D for the CI could you try a flower made of metal wire with a/some colored petals in it.. or something else could work too if you have any ideas???
